Eligibility Requirements
- The trade-up offer is only available to customers who have purchased a new product from the Official Cerevo Store or authorized retailers and distributors.
- If you purchased a used product or a product from non-authorized sales channels, your application will not be accepted.
How to Apply
- Purchase the Trade-Up Program
- Buy the trade-up program from our online store to receive shipping instructions.
- Prepare Your Device
- Initialize your device to factory settings to remove all personal data.
- LiveShell X initialization
- LiveShell PRO initialization
- LiveWedge initialization
- LiveShell 2 initialization
- Provide Proof of Purchase
- Include a copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation for the trade-in device.
- Ship Your Device
- After purchasing the trade-up program, Cerevo will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location.
- Send your eligible device along with proof of purchase to the designated address. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.)
Once we receive and verify your trade-in device, we will ship your new LiveShell W at the discounted price.
